To provide the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking:
Deposit:- A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your total service cost. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
- A card on file is required for all guests at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:- Less than 48 hours’ notice: Deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required to book again.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. No-shows may be restricted from future bookings.
- Appointments booked within 48 hours are still subject to this policy.
Late Arrivals:- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, and the full service fee will be charged.
Salon Experience:
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to relax before your appointment.
- To ensure a calm environment, please do not bring children to your appointment.

Due to the time that goes into our customizable colors, Livedin Luxury does not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your services, we are happy to make any adjustments to a technical error. Examples of technical errors may be Uneven cuts, Bleed Marks, and Toner Spots. If you feel there may be a technical error, please reach out within 72 hours of your original appointment time, and we can set up a plan to correct the error.
