- A card on file is required for all guests at the time of booking.
- For guests rescheduling/canceling with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge for the service(s) scheduled.
- Rescheduling/canceling/no call/no show with less than 24 hours notice will be considered a "late cancellation," and you will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked.
- Appointments booked in the 48/24 hours window are still subject to the cancellation policy.
- As a courtesy appointment confirmations are sent 3 days prior to your appointment via email and SMS text for your convenience. Please confirm your appointment. Failure to confirm your appointment is NOT considered a cancellation, and you will be charged for service(s) booked.
- To ensure that you receive a complete experience at Livedin Luxury, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- We also ask that you DO NOT bring your children with you to your appointment. We understand that finding childcare can be difficult but we want to make sure you have a relaxing experience.
- You will be asked to reschedule if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. If there is time, we can have a consultation and perform part of the service; if not, you will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked.
I ask you to realize that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, I miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot resulting in income lost, and my waitlist guests miss the chance to receive my services.
The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable myself to inform my waitlist guests and others of any availability with plenty of time for them to make it work and keep my schedule filled as well as support my livelihood. My number one priority is providing above and beyond services for each one of my established and future guests and this allows me to do so.

Due to the time that goes into our customizable colors, Livedin Luxury does not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your services, we are happy to make any adjustments to a technical error. Examples of technical errors may be Uneven cuts, Bleed Marks, and Toner Spots. If you feel there may be a technical error, please reach out within 72 hours of your original appointment time, and we can set up a plan to correct the error.
